Chelsea vs Wimbledon predictions

Even if Chelsea field their second string side they will still have a huge advantage over AFC Wimbledon, even though the League Two side are currently unbeaten in the league.

Chelsea can put out a few of their youngsters along with the newer members of the side with a wealth of experience.

Ian Maatsen has come on twice as a substitute for the Blues this season in the Premier League already and will be looking to make the starting lineup here as the squad rotates.

The left-back will be able to push up the field often if they retain their usual wing-back positions in a 3-4-2-1 formation that can revert back to a 5-4-1 when holding.

Which will allow the 21-year-old Dutchman to push forward plenty, having already bagged a few goals while out on loan in the lower divisions where he would have been a more out and out left-back with less mobility to push forward.
